Q. How long will it take for my repair to be      

      complete?

A. We aim to have all repairs assessed within 48hrs. From there we  

will let you know the time process for your repair.​ We inform our customers by tel/email and seek the customer's agreement to carry out the repair after the final cost has been discussed.

Q. Will I receive a replacement whilst my unit 

      is being repaired?

A. Unfortunatley no. We at Buttner Electronics work hard to have your unit back to you as soon as possible.​

Q. Are your repairs done on site?

A. All of our repairs are done on site here at Buttner Electronics in our fully equiped Work Shop.

Q. What brands do you work with?

A. We work with all mainstream brands like Sony, Panasonic, Samsung, LG, Philip, Sharp, JVC, Hitachi, Dell, HP, Tohiba and most other brands.​

Q. Will Is is worth getting repaired?

A. Yes in most cases getting your TV HiFi or Laptop repaired can save you a lot of money and work out at a fraction of the cost you will py for a replacement unit.

A. All repairs come with a 3 Month Guarantee.
